Shame he could not find this form under TSM, ah well.

ILWT

You'd seriously credit Alan Hutton's form to Paul Lambert? After the way he's been treated for the last two years?

See above.

Like Hutton himself said at the weekend, Gordon Strachan deserves praise if any manager does. Besides, if a decent offer had come in for him, he'd wouldn't be here.

Lot of Ifs flying around during this unbeaten run.

I'm not talking about the unbeaten run, I'm talking about Hutton.

Has proved when given any kind of money he buys well, awful injuries and the turn around of Hutton is nothing short of magnificent.

Well done Paul.

Indeed. That's a lot of talent especially considering he doesn't know his arse from his elbow.

It wouldn't surprise me if Lambert was instructed to try and get rid of Hutton for the sake of the wage bill. I'd guess he's a taken a pay cut to stay here as well.

Dear Westy, I know that you are quite new around here, but you must realise that  you are not communicating with just one person with one opinion, but with many people who hold varying opinions. Please could you not make everything out to be me vs. the rest and adopting a told-you-so attitude on every  thread, because it's getting tedious. Thank you. WV

Significantly fewer than you were throwing around during a run of 9 games without a win though.

I read today he never moved to Bolton not so much because of his wage but more the 'conditions' he had with his Villa contract. I don't believe Lambert or any other manager before him has been "instructed to try and get rid" of any player. What Lerner will have instructed is that they stay within a certain budget but how the manager decides is completely his decision.
