More chance of Rene Artois

Right now I'd take him.

Right now I'd take René from 'Allo 'Allo.

'To those Villa fans saying Lambert should go. You don't know how valuble something is till you loose it'

They printed that tweet on the BBC.

Please fire him. Yes we didn't lose, but we made exactly the same mistakes we make every fucking game.

His sub choice tonight for Sanchez was terrible. Out of his depth.

I wonder if that fan who claims that we may regret loosing (should be losing!) Lambert would consider swapping the Manager? Would he still feel the same? Ignoramus.

3 years of a remarkably easy ride from the fans. Enough. Can anyone seriously argue that Pulis wouldnt do massively better with the same squad?

25k attendance lowest since Dec 1999 , fans voting with their feet.

Good, hopefully they realize in the boardroom but they'll put it down to a Sky game.

I've put on the post match thread that I would reluctantly now get Pulis in until the end of the season and then take a look another look at it. I'm loathe to see someone who will do nothing to improve the standard of football but he would have fresh ideas and give the club a boost.

Yet again another season of hardly ever winning at home, 1 win in 6 and counting. And some people on the radio were wondering why we only got 25k tonight, I'm amazed the crowds have stayed above 30k for so long tbh, now it's dropping off on a consistant basis.

I've given him some leeway after some of the defeats this season but I have to say if we'd hung on tonight, I'd have been happy for the three points but little else.

Ridiculous we just sat back in the second half to protect the 1 nil, yes Southampton are a good team but it's Southampton FFS. I didn't understand the Bent sub either, emptying out the midfield when Southampton were starting to pile on the pressure, Bent's hardly a great outball is he.
