While we may be disappointed at the footballing achievements of our current and previous manager, I think both of them have true gentlemen, and thought of nothing but the club and been consumate professionals.  Neither of them have ever said a bad word about club at any time.  It is but a small ray of light in a day of darkness, but something i cling to proudly while scoffing at Yaya Toure bad mouthing his club who happen to pay him around 200k a week

And it's not just the league. It's the guaranteed tilt at the Champion's League, where even finishing third in the group would elevate him to legendary status.

If I were Lambert I would be giving Celtic serious consideration.  There's been a noticeable softening on H & V to Lambert by a number of posters but to be honest if a wealthy buyer is found who will fund marquee signings it's difficult to see them wanting to risk keeping Lambert. Demonstrating its a new world will be high on their agenda and a new manager is the quick win - especially when you know the fans finished the season giving him a hard time

So that's why I could see him going. Would leave us deeply in the Sh1t though if any sale drags on

He wouldn't turn Celtic down. No way. There's CL football. And it won't be long before Rangers are back to at least make a more interesting title race, or at the very least, Old firm derbies to savour. It's also virtually gauranteed silverware.
