If of course it's actually happened.

After Lerner thanking Lambert for all he's done to date then there are only 2 reasons why lambert would leave now....
1) Club is sold and owners want their own man but wanted randy to 'sweep the decks'
2) Lambert is fed up and walks on his own accord

It's either a massive indicator that a takeover is imminent, or we're up shit creek without a paddle.
Exactly.
Personally, if I were lambert, I would negotiate leaving as he's the one getting all the flack and can see were in the shit

Maybe Lambert and Faulkner are going to be offered jobs at Randy's restaurant?

I agree with that Lee but I would also like to see somebody with a bit of a cutting edge.   Sid and Sir Brian and SGT are such nice men.   We also need a person or two with a Villa pedigree who would bang the table and smash the furniture if a transfer window was recklessly ignored or some similar penny pinching sloppiness.

Might not gain us any favours with the media. And I'm probably letting my heart rule my head. But I'd love Big Ron on the Board.

Yes - the tea will be Twinings and the biscuits will be custard creams and ginger nut.

That's neither tea nor dinner.

I've heard the meeting will be at 1700 hours and is likely to feature cutlery.

I'll bring you all more as I know it.
