Good analysis of us from a Liverpool website.

http://www.thisisanfield.com/2014/01/opposition-analysis-aston-villa/

I really wish I hadn't read it. Can't really fault it which is the problem. The truth hurts.

Likewise. "Regressive tactics and Championship mentality" pretty much sums us up in a nutshell this season.

Although he's an odious cnut Suarez is a brilliant player - 22 goals this season already, and sadly I think he and Sturridge will see us off pretty easily.

There's no way that "The Count" can miss the chances again that he did in the same game last year.

I have a feeling both Benteke and Holt will start up front tomorrow.

Lowton and Bertrand need to be given licence to get forward, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a bit of a mish-mash 4-3-3, with Gabby on one flank and three central of Bacuna, Westwood and Delph.

Bacua having more freedom than the other two. Might as well give it a go.

I think there will be goals in this game!

Hardly an insightful prediction i know, but i think as much as Liverpool will have the majority of possession and Suarez will get a few goals against us they will be open to the counter attack. I don't think we'll have many chances but if we can take them we might be able to get a draw.

I'd take a draw or an ugly win but I can only see a bindipper win...sadly..

Sound possible. Playing 4-3-3 against a side as good as Liverpool would be brave, especially how well they're playing but you never know.

That was the phrase that jumped out at me too. We'll probably lose but it would be immense fun if we sneaked a dirty win. RAWK Meltdown would be a joy to behold.

Vic Reeves has made some ridiculous predictions on BBC (vs Lawro thing) Vic Reeves prediction here eg 2-20 but none is more outlandish than that we'll keep a clean sheet at Anfield.
