PPHHEEWW! Not really deserved, but a relief. Plus very late goals for Arsenal & Everton helped us in the table.

Huge three points. A battling performance. Winning with Vlaar having to go off was important too.

We desperately need to get back to passing the ball. I just cant believe how bad we are in possession.

A needed three points

Vital 3 points - well done to all, should have maybe finished it off in style but 1-0 will do nicely - enjoy your evening folks!

Win against a shit side
We were far more shit than them too.  Unbelievable result considering how poor we were.

Well I never. Absolutely delighted with that, not least since we're a terrible, terrible football team. Thankfully, Sunderland are worse. Massive three points.

Maybe it's relief at the result, but I thought we looked better.

Good win but the performance shouldn't fool us. Hopefully, we have bought a bit of time to get Benteke fully fit, Vlaar fit again and to get some reinforcements in by the time Arsenal come to town. Sheff Utd must be rubbing their hands

As I said on the match thread earlier, there's still areas that need work but that was a much better performance today.   3 valuable points.

Win against a shit side

Who cares, we too are shit but it's better to win and be shit than to lose!
Agreed, but there are definitely big question marks still.  Those late misses by Albrighton and Delph were just ridiculous.  They can't put the ball on target from 16 yards out??   Fuck me.

Should have been much more. They didn't really threaten (though maybe that offside against Giaccherini was harsh), but we had all the chances and when we passed the ball looked like a real football team. I just wish they'd take the hint, though - whenever they pass it, they do well, so why so much hoofing and nonsense? Very frustrating, but a big win and hopefully a bit of confidence for them.
