De Gea makes a meal of every save he has to make.

Is Luna really the best our scouting system could find?  What exactly did they say in the bloke?  Terrible on the ball and even worse defensively.

It's a shame we show some of our best play when we're 3-0 down and the game is dead.

something to do with MAnure took their foot off

Two summers it appeared like we were after Clapham at Ipswich and it seems like we settled for second best both times. That said, Clapham might have been bobbins for us too.

The thing that worries me most about Lambert is that his tactics are rigid or just plain incomprehensible. We always look lopsided to me, and it's often hard to tell what the gameplan is. I was under the impression he was meant to be a pragmatic, horses-for-courses sort of manager who tries to play attractive football, but we always seem to play the same way, even when it's blatantly not working (except when he panics and throws on 17 forwards).

I'm coming to the conclusion he's bloody clueless.

And clutching at straws slightly I think Lowton has been ok - certainly helped us keep the ball a bit better

And I'm going to say something controversial but I think there have been some signs that our creative play in the third quarter of the pitch is coming back to some of the pass and move style of the last third of last season. I know I'll get shot down for that but I think Westwood has been passing it forwards, albrighton has been very good including coming off the wing and  Weimann has been bright since coming on.

Benteke has been crap though, particularly his touch and workrate. And the whole defensive side had been too bad to cope with.

Lowton is looking better because Albrighton is screening and providing him with options. Bacuna wouldnt do any worse in that position tonight.
The diffrence is that Weimann plays as striker...going after Bentekes space. Albrighton is playing as winger, holding the width and crossing. Working hard in both directions. Like Weimann did last season.

This season Weimann want to be something he is not, or Lambert wants him to be. One or the other, it doesnt matter cause it doesnt work either way.

We'd actually benefit if Baker got sent off.
