Hello dears,

Thought I'd pop in to see how you are all getting along.

Quick question, has Randy got any money left after his missus scuppered him for it? Just thinking that might be the usual tactic of a missus who's chap tends to sway to the Burgundy and Cyan - don't blame her either.

They know our chairmans marital status. Now that's obsession for you.

The only thing I know about theirs is that he looks like Les, from Vic Reeves Big Night Out, and he doesn't believe in buying footballers.

I think you'll find its common knowledge from business pages world wide circa 2010.

I tend to think our chairman looks like Dr Evil - which is much better than a dumb looking cash strapped yank.

Careful now, as an Albion fan you're in a right big glass house on that issue.

It is an odd thing to try and pick at.

My Baggie mate who I mentioned earlier sent me a link to something the day Bale went to Madrid about some transfer between Villa and Albion 120 years ago.

I asked him 'Which way around was it then, us to you or you to us?' and his response was 'Behave! You'd always had more money than us even then!'

Oh yeah! There's a match on Monday!

Excellent stuff. As suspected, Gabby won't be fit which is a shame, but I'd expect all six of those to start

Gabby will be a big loss, he loves a local game.

Not sure i'd bring Luna in tbh. suppose it depends on the formation?

Gutted Gabby is out. Would be a big player for this game. Praying Delph is back!

From a club who couldn't afford a loan fee for Lukaku.

We could.

We just chose not too.

Or you chose to, and he chose Everton?

Possibly. You could also argue that if Shane Long had gone to Hull, then you maybe would have paid for Lukaku and Anichebe probably wouldn't be there. Maybe i'm wrong.

Cash strapped is one thing Randy isn't.
