Football certainly is a game of two halves. After witnessing the Villa transformation from 1st to 2nd half on Sarturday, I didn't expect it to happen again so soon. I help manage my son's U15's team. We were 3-0 down at half time yesterday and getting well and truly hammered. I mentioned the Villa game to them at half time and stressed how things can change in a game. We were soon 4-0 after half time, but amazingly ended up winning 5-4 with practically the last kick of the game. I do love football!

I remember years ago we were 2-0 down at half time and our player boss took himself off to watch and see where we were going wrong , we ended up winning 3-2 and strangely he never did figure out what the problem was ;)

Probably one of the best come backs was December 1998 when we played Arsenal. 0-2 down at HT (Bergkamp 2 goals) and seemingly out of it. Then came came the Santa parachutist accident - he crashed into the old Trinity Road Stand Roof and fell what must have been 80ft on to the pitch and amazingly survived. The second-half was obviously delayed but we came back and won 3-2 with Dion Dublin scoring late-on from a corner - what a game! I think we returned to the top of the Premier League that day! Now that was dramatic....

This result means that we are 7-3 better than Manure.

I'm still smiling after Saturday, not sure how we did it either but 3 good points and here is to another 3 at Hull.

Saturday was celebrated with a birthday dinner for my wife and yes I did get out the champers....not sure she was entirely happy us toasting her birthday and then me saying the toast Up the Villa....lol

@mini_beest: This is Wiemann's goal. Look how Kozak pulls the defender with him allowing Andi to run through the middle! http://t.co/EAZo0lQIqn #avfc

There's a Man City fan on twitter who has taken the defeat very badly.
