Terry was on the other night, Franks couldn't understand him and afforded no patience or understanding until his co host stepped in.
I'm with Dave, he's a fuckin' wanker.

What makes it doubly annoying is that Terry has been a mainstay of their phone-in for decades. He's an absolute gent, a lovely man and a genuine football supporter. Paul Franks knows he's getting on, he knows he's not been well and to make no allowances for this says everything about PauL Franks and Radio WM.

That’s terrible. If I listened to the c*** I’d boycott it.

I might start listening just so I can then boycott it.

Franks on tonight can’t leave it alone “Terry called him Nemo last night”

Classless prick.

I had the misfortune to listen to WM and ‘Franksy’ on the way home after the match on Saturday.
They were commentating on the Dogheads game, and I am sure I could hear the rustle of tissues as they wiped up after themselves.
You would honestly have thought no team had ever been promoted to the premier league before and they are convinced that the dogheads are going to put in a real challenge for the title this year and will dominate Europe in few years time.

I too had that dubious pleasure on the way home.  I was chuckling to myself as to how bad it was.  "there was at least 10,000 supporters in the stadium three hours before kick off".  Really....?  Outstanding hyperbole.

I've always been a bit 'meh' about Wolves. Couldn't really give a shit about them but in the last year I've turned to really detesting even the mention of their name and this is down to the sheer up arsery of 'Call me Franksy' and the rest of the sycophantic bores. It must piss them off when their colleagues on Five Live still refer to the Villa as the biggest club in the midlands.

Just a tiny addition.

I very rarely listen to WM and I very rarely give Wolves a second thought unless we are playing them. I can only ever recall knowing two Wolves fans in my entire life.

I listened to it about three times last season and I'm not missing anything by the sound if it.

Listened to 10 minutes while in the shower. Polly the elderly sounding bitter, bitter blue nose was banging on at Rego accusing him of blatant villa bias! Kettle and pot spring to mind.

Anyone else hear the Albion and Blues reporters talking in the pre match build up about how it wasn't fair that Blues can only sign one loan player because of FFP, yet Villa are lining up a few players to bring in.  Both sounded very upset and bitter.

When Smethwick and Small Heath finally give up on trying to be successful and decide to merge 'Upset And Bitter' will be the name of the new club.

Did anyone mention it's because they blatantly broke the embargo they were under and tried to take the piss? Whereas we didn't, the embargo was lifted and we can now sign players. It's that simple and yet they seem to think there's some mass conspiracy.

The only thing that is simple is the noses. We had a mentally challenged lad in our road when I was a kid and depending on her mood my mum either called him 'special' or 'simple'

This.

They're a bizarre bunch, aren't they. I had the misfortune of meeting a bluenose in Tokyo recently. He was wearing full kit in a bar, watching Spurs Newcastle.
Surprisingly, he didn't hate Villa, and admitted that it's pure jealousy in response to my question about why they dislike us with a passion. He said he cringes when he hears all this 'the city is ours', bollocks.
Still, he was wearing full kit, on his own, in a pub.

Of course not.  It was something along the lines of a lot of Blues fans are questioning why there is an embargo on them while Villa have had financial problems and there is talk of players like Bolasie heading to B6.  Tuned in just after Pete the Blues fan had been on which was a shame.
