One thing have noticed is that when you ring up 'Franksey', you get charged now.
In the industry I work in, Government and Local Authority contracts bang on about local spend with SMEs. Our subcontractors cannot do much about where building materials are made but labour is generally local. It is all very well dictating to the private sector, it is about time there was an emphasis the other way.Birmingham and the wider Midlands gets a poor service from the BBC regarding local content. Birmingham is the 2nd city but little is done to encourage public service entities to use the large population and give something back in the way of jobs. BBC TV and radio in the Midlands is an embarrassment of small time local programmes.
Anyone would think Blose actually won the game on Tuesday with all the back slapping "proud of the lads" comments...apparently we were lucky to be still in the game after being played off the park in the first half, and Grealish was the difference between the 2 sides. They lost their cup final and now just trying to justify their sorry sad existing, where as we scored, we won and we move on. Jealousy is bitter.
