WM or Wolves Media as i call it, in mourning over the Dingles failing to  make the play offs on goal difference. Amuses me to hear the sorrow in their voices

Is that the same mental Dennis that sounds like he's sucking on a Werther's when he calls in?

Sucking on a Werther's? That's original. ;)

Thank you. You've made my day. I think Basil Brush is great. He looks different these days though. I think he has joined the ranks of ageing stars who have had surgery. It really is a boom booming industry.

Half an hour gone, and it's the Wolves show. Only mention so far is Benteke leaving - Franksy has tried to sell him for the last 2 seasons!

I hope Fwanksy's right about the £30m clause in Benteke's contract.  There's no way anyone will spunk that much on him when they could get Brown Ideye for a tenth of the price.

Off at a tangent, while I was on the way to work this morning WM were discussing Female Genital Mutilation in quite graphic terms. I thought I was going to be reunited with my breakfast.

Are you sure they weren't just talking about Roy Keane?

Listened to the first 15 minutes of tonight's phone in and the last 10 minutes and in all that time all 'Call Me Franksy' could talk about was Benteke and his imminent departure from the Villa.

How are they trying to spin that Benteke will be leaving this time...on the basis that all parties have said they are focused on staying up, the club stating that contract talks will happen in the summer, the fact that he has 2 years left on his contract or that we've had no offers or interest from other clubs? What journalistic evidence do they have to say that he'll be leaving this summer other than talking shite and wishful thinking that we'll sell the best centre forward to wear a Villa shirt for god knows how many years?

Not a funny subject, but it was comedy gold how 'Goldie' shut the woman down who - having being warned it was 0725 & a show with a broad audience, went into methods of FGM in explicit detail.  All was missing was a Daz Hale shit double entendre.

According to one Baggies fan on tonight,  Darren Fletcher is as good as Delph!! Of course we already know that Brown Ideye is better than Benteke....

Franksie is co-presenting their election results programme, so expect it to feature a phone in as to which members of the Labour front bench team would get into a Tory cabinet.

Last night's phone-in also included baggies fans claiming that they are rightly valued at the same price as us. And trying to justify the comparison one of them said that the stand he was in, (didn't say league or cup game so don't know which one), should be condemned due to it's narrow isles etc. and the Health and Safety Executive would have a field day if they inspected it. Obviously the Hawthorns is vastly superior to our crumbling abode.

I know I shouldn't listen but I just can't help myself.

Clearly ours is the only ground in the Premier League without a safety certificate.
