Since Atkinson left in the early 80s they've had 3 or 4 managers last 2 years. They always turn on the manager but they call us fickle. Knobbers.

They're last 4 managers put together have had less time than we gave old Lambert.
Surely nearly every manager in the league has had less time than Lambert

Yes that's true, because we are not fickle and don't hound managers out after a bad run.

I would love the myth of Pulis being the great escape artist to go up in smoke next month.

As much as I would love to see them go down he will put 11 behind the ball away at Newcastle and sneak a goal in the last minute.  Because Newcastle are actually worse.

West Brom will be fine. Their punishment is not relegation but watching more Pulis football next season.

It's noticeable how many Baggie fans are turning on Pulis. It didn't take long did it.

The weren't keen from the start. Bobby Gould with a baseball cap.

A friend of mine's dad used to be an antiques dealer. When Gould was Albion manager, he came into his shop one Monday, and engaged in browsing (having alighted from his car, registration CUP 88).

Friend's dad decided to engage him in conversation, so said "Tricky match on Saturday, Bobby?" Gould approached him, said "Answer me this. Who motivates the motivator?" and walked out.

Yampy.

Ah yes, but what came first?  The motivator or the motivated?

Still waiting for any Wembley trails.
They'd been building up Walsall for weeks.

Yep you'd hardly know there was a big FA Cup semi this weekend for one of the local teams if you'd only been listening to WM. They've barely mentioned it!

To coin a phrase.

They'll only be interested if we lose either this or the final.

Winning the bloody thing and staying up?You can almost hear Franks' head exploding from here.

The run of recent defeats by the Tesco bags and the Dingles has really made WM sound like a morgue. With Villa pulling away from the bottom and in a semi final you can sense the anguish .Long may it continue.
