It is a bit different sitting in the hole in the wall (or where ever the pub is now) or Aston Social and singing songs of almost folk music genre to being in the stands and blasting out a wall of sound. In the ground, wall of sound. If we were to sing all the verses of Holte enders in the sky at the games everyone would be mumbling befopre the end of the 1st verse.Instead, at every telivised game as the teams run out I hear, YIPPYE AYe AYE, brilliant this is our song. But it does not prevent us having, other songs. My all time favourite, a long haunting rendition of, Villa, Villa,Villa, Villa ,followed by Villa, Villa,Villa,Villa.

Has to be the slow version though. When different sections of the Vila support get slightly out of synch (and holding that long note in the middle) it turns into a wall of noise. You don't hear it often these days unfortunately.
For someone with a username like yours I'm quite surprised you can't see that others may wish to exercise their right to sing what they wish just because you don't like it. As for it being suited to a kindergarten I find nowt wrong with that, theirs plenty of time for children to be exposed to the type of language we use, they'll learn it soon enough.
Some team were singing a version of 'oh lord...' on the weekend - can't remember who. I know Blackburn have a version of it. Songs are often nicked by other clubs so no need to get uppity about this one. For instance, the 'Everybody Sh*t on the City...Coz they're a load of shi-i-ite' is originally their song about us.I've no opinion about this song by the way.
I do think there's something to be said about songs which go on for absolutely ages (as this new one seems to).At Wembley for the MON CCC final, I remember "Martin O'Neill's Claret and Blue Army" going on for a spine tingling amount of time at one point. My dad was watching the match at home on telly and texted me to say it was deafening, and that it was very noticeable how much noisier we were than the Man U fans.

They say in African Mythology that when the feeling inside gets too much people sing. Jah Rastafari!!!
Perhaps this belongs in the memories thread but, as we're discussing noise I'll put it here. Mods move if appropriate. The greatest single wall of noise I can remember in all my years watching the Villa was when Brian Little sored his first goal against Everton in the 1977 League Cup Final replay at Old Trafford. I was stood on the opposite side of the pitch to where the cameras were and I swear to God when that ball went in the noise sounded like the loudest crack of thunder imaginable, the three of us who went together all remarked on it so it isn't imagination. Not singing I know, but Villa fans giving full voice to their feelings. It was even louder than when he got the winner.
