I don't actually think he's good enough for them anyway, he's a player that would, in my view, keep you top 4 but would not be in a PL winning side
No chance he'll end up at City. I know they need to make quotas but they shouldn't be allowed to poach players that they only intend to keep in the matchday squad, just to make up numbers. I think they'd be more likely to spunk some money at a player like Wilshere. Someone who would impress the fans a little more, whilst simultaneously unsettling a rival club. And Delph is sensible. Does he really want to go there to play League Cup football and make the odd 10 minute cameo in the league? Right before the Euro's? Absolutely not. Delph's first touch and passing aren't good enough for top 4. You'd think with all City's dosh though, they'd have one of the best academies and 2-3 top youngster they could bring into the squad.
