I agree, but who would come in for them? Unless, of course, we sign the mythical playmaker.KEA and Tonev. But leave Bacuna in the side?Sylla. I C.

My man of the match would have been Gerrard, TBH. I can think of two or three other Liverpool players I'd also rank ahead of Sturridge for today, as well as Delph and Okore from us.
Gerrard was very good defensively in the second half.
Did I hear it correctly? Bacuna got the sponsors man of the match? I take it they coiffed more champagne than normal today.
Thought Delph was excellent today, one of the few who seemed some real urgency in their play - can only assume the sponsors genuinely got them mixed up!

Especially as Liverpool's gameplan revolved around trying to limit our attacks. Maybe I had low expectations of him as I've been saying that he's past it for the last few years.Agree that Delph was genuinely excellent and has been in all the first three games. Especially considering the opposition in them.
