Another day off required. Cardiff is on a mid-week isn't it, to add to West Brom and Chelsea.

Excellent.I don't work Wednesdays. Tuesday is a working day for me and in this case is also the 3rd birthday of my little daughter. Good news for me then.

May take the day off to go to Cardiff away and the Baggies is easy to get to, even on a Monday night.

This.

No way I can get to this anyway, but still a ridiculous day/time.

There always has to be some midweeks games and Southampton is hardly a long journey now.

Working 'til 4.30/5 and traffic at that time of day won't help reach the destination on time.
Will just have to tune in to Jumpin' Jack Woodward instead!

The worst fixture by far is Sunderland New Years day.

It's also my daughters, Risso's and a certain ex-Villa player by the name of Paul McGrath.

Nailed on Villa win, I'd say.

It's 140 miles which in rush hour will take hours. Its also further away than all but 2 of the rest of the teams in the division with the majority of the journey on A and B roads.

Is it really beyond the wit of man to arrange local games for the midweek fixtures?
