that's the one thing about pre-season. I'm sure Lambert tells his players not to over do it and try and stay of stupid challenges. Then again when some upstart non league or league 2 player wants to go through you to make a name for himself and tweet about it that night, how do you avoid that?

Not very impressive but realistically only 3 of that line-up - Sylla, Delph and Benteke - will feature much in a first 11 in the prem
