You know that Beneteke fella might be one to watch out for you know.
I remember you comments when we got him but I bet you are chuffed to bits?

It's very refreshing to see so many different names suggested for MOTM

I think that's a sign of just how good we were as team.  You can put forward a strong case for lowton, westwood, sylla, benteke and gabby.  On top of that Bennett has his best game for us and weimann was a little terrier all match and scored the goal of the game (for me).

Biggest win I have ever seen Villa produce in person. Get the fuck in. One more win to stay up now.

The best right back display from a Villa player since John Gidman.
High praise indeed Mr Cooper. Next you'll be saying young Bennett will be as good as Charlie Atkin?

The play leading up to the 2nd goal and the goal itself was world class.

I've just got home, ears still ringing, throat still hoarse and a grin from ear to ear.
Thrilling to watch and great to share moments like that, the Holte End was huge tonight.

Maybe it went unnoticed but fair play to Cuellar who clapped the whole minute on 19.

I missed that - massive respect to the guy for that.

Haven't read the thread and I know Benteke will rightly get the plaudits.  But for me Lowtons performance was simply incredible. On this performance it's hard to see why we are 5th bottom.

Mention for the Sunderland fans, a lot acting complete bellends on Witton Lane before the game, I came close to sparking one of them. And yet inside it looked like to  a man they applauded the 19th minute, applauded the kids doing their lap of honour at HT as well as applauding as we remembered Villans lost in the last year.

The thought of Cuellar running and clapping at the same time as made me chuckle.

Vlaar.... fucking concentration of a goldfish
Just before he scored I turned around and said to the chap in the seat next to me "Vlaar is going to cost us this game tonight" ! He was all at sea  in the first 20 mins.

And the whole of the Sunderland bench as well.
