For home games, if there's enough time, they post it. if not collect on the day at the ground. That single ticket at Wigan that was on Viagogo yesterday was collect on the day, which could pose a problem, if they decided not to hand it over to anyone with a Brum accent.

I don't see why they're be any need to meet up with the seller.

I have heard that the Police reason for us not getting more tickets was because of West Ham wrecking the place when they got relegated there.

Not only that but they are giving Wigan an advantge by trying to limit our support. Ticket or no ticket I can see quite a few fans going there to give the team a final push (if required, of course. Touch wood we will be safe anyway.)
