Went to Oldham away in 1993, 1-1 draw but we really should have won. Halle goal, Saunders equalizer, Whittingham goal ruled out and lots of chances missed.

The one that stuck out for me was the 3-2 defeat in 91-92 where Atkinson missed about 4 one on ones with the keeper and we lost in the last minute to a Roger Palmer goal from a corner! Some things never change!

FA Cup QF 1990. It was my birthday so we were all set for a great night in what was turning into a great season. I think we were two down at half time and an early third in the second half prompted a mass exodus from the terrace, including, and this is the only thing that makes me smile about that night, my mate who had only got into the ground at half time because he couldn't get off work early enough. In fact he probably spent around 15 mintues in the ground in total.Chris Price scored a catastrophic own goal and it was windy and cold. Horrible night.
