We'll get one goal. They will score from one out of every three corners. So 3-1 to them.

One thing i've noticed about our defending of corners is we only stick one player on the goal line now as opposed to two like we used to.

I've drank quite a lot of Budweiser, and I think we will win.

Think we'll get a draw at least. Don't know why really. Perhaps because they're nearly in as bad shape as us. 1-1

2-0 Villa, early first half goal, defend like mother fuckers get a goal in last 10 mins, and spend that time telling le code à barres that they are descente.

An awful, diabolically dull game until we score a screamer in the 87th minute, before losing 1-3

I've drank a cup of Earl Grey and I know we won't

Things are rarely straight forward at Villa.  Get stuffed and PL has to go, win and it's the faintest glimmer of hope he has a chance of keeping us up.

So then, a draw, more umming and arring about Lambert and the window closes.

I will predict with certainty that I will come from the ground unhappy.   If we lose we are down.   If we draw we are down.   If we win - God help us - we will think we are safe and will ship fifteen goals in the next three games.   Every "turning point" we have had this season has presaged a turn for the worse.   Sorry but that is how I feel.

If we can't keep out lower league sides how can we keep out Premiership ones now? ---------------we are on form a League 2 side with, apart from maybe 4 players, a League 2 quality squad!
For all his faults,Doug would have got rid of Lambert weeks ago, as he prized our 'preeemiership' tag so much.
Worst villa squad we have ever had,Lambert seems tactically lost ------------0-2

3- 1 Villa, followed by a 2- 1 win against Everton and some relief for a while.
