Another spiritless defeat. Only this one will be accompanied by fat shirtless men jiggling their bitch tits while holding up a banner that says "WHO'S YOUR NEXT SAVIOUR - PRINCE WILLIAM OR TOM HANKS?"

This is true. Their fans will justifiably rub it in after the game a few years ago - and that's fine, if we dish it out we have to take it. The point is, if it does go bitch-tits up on Tuesday the board have to get it with both barrels from the crowd.

Our best chance is if we can cancel half time ..

3-1 Newcastle. The one to us is me being an optimist. As mentioned, their fans will have a ball at our expense.

3-1 to Newcastle.

Pardew has been saying that the new signings have made his existing players 'go up a gear in training.'

All they need to do is play for corners and it's game over.

They've gone up a gear, we're stalling badly.

Absolutely must win. So were the Wigan/Soton games though. To win must win games you need bottle. So on that note I'll go for 2-0 to them and VP finally turning on Lerner/Lambert.

I can hardly see us winning a throw in, never mind the game.

They've got new signings which have apparently lifted them . We can't defend corners. Think we'll score but so will they. Can't see anything but another loss. 3-2 to them

4-0 Newcastle. 3-0 up at halftime. Delph sent off

Oh lord, are we really playing another football match already? Surely, there must be an international break due.  And twould bebetter if Delph does not get sent on.
