There's nothing to suggest that Lambert wouldn't be spending if he had a reasonable amount to improve the team.We all know the purse strings have been very much tightened for years now, how people have come to the conclusion it's Lambert deciding not to spend is beyond me.

Agree dan, players should have been in long before now - too many huge points being dropped - risky strategy - all this "we wont go down , we"ll be fine " stuff is highly dangerous because i sure as hell cant see what he he seeing.
