Quote from: Dave Clark Five on January 26, 2013, 06:08:20 PMThis could easily be resolved by divulging which fanzine editor/s was/were being referred to.A lot has been read into what I said, and it appears to have hit a raw nerve. I was referring broadly to any fan with a public platform and some influence, such as the editor of a fanzine or a self-styled fans' spokesman. If somebody has decided to take it as a personal dig, then that's up to them. But when you put your work into the public domain, you should be prepared to accept criticism without resorting to abusive language. Or are some people above criticism? Personally I'd rather be objective than resort to sycophancy.

I think a few people have noticed that whenever there's any stick being handed out to Lerner, Dave Woodhall is normally one of the first to come to the defence. I think it's a strange position for a fanzine editor to take.

I hate him for being able to do that!
