Losing is no less embarrassing for being predicted. Frankly, to go out to an outfit like Bradford will always be a terrible outcome. So you may as well predict a victory and show a bit of spirit.

Just my opinion, like.

You will batter us, we are under no illusions and 40k of you lot will frighten our 4th Div shower of shite.

It's funny how both sets of fans describe our respective teams so similarly. Good luck to your lot! (but not too much)

My suggested/predicted team:

                  Guzan
        Dunne Vlaar Clark
Lichaj                            Bennett
             Delph Bannan
                  Ireland
Gabby                       N'Zgobia
                 Benteke

If Delph is injured, then swap him for Clark, and bring Lowton into Clark's place at CB.

Even though we are 3-1 down Chipsticks, I'm not sure we'll be allowed to field 12 players!!

Whatever happens on Tuesday, I think the winner of the cup will come from the other semi :(

I'd advise our Bradford chums to eschew the city centre hostelries, and opt instead for a short excursion to one of the charming suburban villages on the outskirts of the town, such as the historic Castle Vale settlement, the Royal seat of Kingstanding, or perchance the fetching Wyrley Birch country estate. They will be assured a warm welcome at the inns and coach houses therein.

Surely, in the bad weather, coaches would drop fans off at the King Edward. After sampling its wares they could meander to the ground, pausing for refreshment at the jolly Adventurers.

As others have suggested, we have the firepower to win this by a street. But we also have a defence bad enough to throw away any winning margin.

How did... I swear that's a real formation. Back to the drawing board it is then.

I was going to say that you haven't seen us play but you have so you know thats not true.
I would just be pleased to get through by whatever means it takes and knowing the Villa that is never the easy route!

It adds considerable insult to injury when you lose to Bradford City after predicting an easy-peasy cricket-score win, knowing full well that for the last season or so we've shown we're barely capable of beating an egg.

So, 12-nil to us then.

I agree, it would hurt like hell for a long, long time, so I have showed a bit of spirit that I don't really feel!

we are cocky? are you for real? i think the lowest win your fans are expecting reading this forum is 4 or 5 - 0! this is despite you getting stuffed 3-1 valley parade. 99% of city fans including me dont expect us to go through why would we? we are in league 2 but the boys will play with no pressure while the villa players know that every bad pass will be met with groans and moans by you lot!
but keep calling us tin pot and a "shower of shit" because if your lads go into the game with the same attitude we will have your pants down just like 2 weeks ago

Your post is fair enough, it was the other bradford fan on here that was very cocky , i think its pretty much 50/50 regarding the tie in fairness but i think if villa go in ahead at half time then villa will be favourites - i hope you go out and also get promoted though as a club like bradford are too good to be in league 2 - enjoy your night  at villa park sir.

You'll have to forgive me m8 it wasn't meant to be a cocky post. I've seen villa fans on the news saying the first leg was a one off, but that is the 3rd top flight team we have beat this year so no it wasn't a one off for us, you have only beat 4 top flight teams this year so that makes us pretty even in my book.

This season your morale is rock bottom, when things go against you, you crumble whereas our team are gonna bleed through their boot laces. You have to chase the game n when things don't go your way we'll capitalise on it. The very best you can hope for is 3:1 and we'll happily take it to penalties, but the smart money will be on city to win 3:1 again.

Meanwhile roll on Tuesday, my train arrives lunchtime n doesn't leave again til weds lunchtime so let the Wembley party commence  8) ;D 8)
