You're setting yourselves up for a fall m8, this is not going to be a comfortable game for Villa. We could lose 8:0 & the team will still get a standing ovation from 6.5k fans that are gonna make a hell of a lot of noise for the full 90 mins

Yes, how gutting for us to get to Wembley whilst you lot shout yourself hoarse and return to oblivion.

Us 5 Them 1. We'll be waving our free flags, they'll be waving their white ones.

Any sort of flag would be wasted on them.
They've been using Izal up there since 1972.

The weather in Brum, at least where I am, has taken a real turn for the worse. It's going to have to improve quite a lot if the match is going to go ahead.

Assuming it does, I believe we'll have to convert our chances early on in the match. Bradford didn't have a game this weekend so the longer the game goes on they may be just a bit sharper.

They're remarkably cocky, and that's getting on my nerves now. Let's give them a nice doing and then patronise the fuck out of them afterwards.

I'm going for 3:1 to City. Villa will come out all guns blazing & get demoralised by a quick counter attack & 1:0 lead to the visitors on about 20 mins. Then City will dominate the game with a very loud, vocal travelling support adding to Villa's nerves.

Then it's back down town to celebrate  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

Who are ya?
6000 support adding to villas nerves , your having a laugh , we are used to 40000 plus - soon as your players hear the villa crowd you will shit yourselves and be picking the ball out the net .

Well done on getting to the semis - we will think about you while we stroll around wembley !

Villa 4 small time charlies 1

We need to really raise our voices and get behind the lads in full. I'm hopeful the flags will really add to this and will encourage those who normally quietly watch the game to become more vocal.

Hopefully this will be another great night at Villa Park.

we are cocky? are you for real? i think the lowest win your fans are expecting reading this forum is 4 or 5 - 0! this is despite you getting stuffed 3-1 valley parade. 99% of city fans including me dont expect us to go through why would we? we are in league 2 but the boys will play with no pressure while the villa players know that every bad pass will be met with groans and moans by you lot!
but keep calling us tin pot and a "shower of shit" because if your lads go into the game with the same attitude we will have your pants down just like 2 weeks ago

Your post is fair enough, it was the other bradford fan on here that was very cocky , i think its pretty much 50/50 regarding the tie in fairness but i think if villa go in ahead at half time then villa will be favourites - i hope you go out and also get promoted though as a club like bradford are too good to be in league 2 - enjoy your night  at villa park sir.

Don't believe that mate. Your boys are 90 minutes from a Wembley Cup Final and start 3-1 ahead. They'll be stepping out into the biggest atmosphere they've ever experienced. They'll feel the pressure alright.

fair enough mate its probably just the fact im nursing one hell of a hangover and reading some of the posts on here that wound me up haha i spoke to a few villa fans in town after the first game and seemed a great bunch!
i still think you are edging it in reality all you have to do is win 2-0 after extra time against a 4th division team. i hope we dont just sit back and defend tho cos i think we are more than capable of scoring another

If Delph isn't fit and with Westwood cup tied then who can we play midfield? Bannan has been awful, Ireland has barely had a kick...might as well go 4-2-4 and play Bent, Weiman, Gabby & Benteke up top..... :)

Yeah our midfield might be a concern.
