Will we qualify for Wembley?
« on: January 08, 2013, 11:47:08 PM »
Despite the dreadfulness of this evening, despite the obvious weaknesses in the team, despite the fact that every appearance on television seems to result in us becoming the funniest thing on the box, despite all that, I still thnk we'll qualify.

What do YOU think?

Not a chance in hell.  I'm not even sure I want us to get there to be savaged by Chelsea again.

Even if we do, it'll only be a brief respite before the players resume the National Laughing Stock Tour 2012/13 on February 24th.

Voted yes then read the thread but still believe. It's Our Year.  For both cups and staying up.

If we put out the same side that we did tonight? No chance. We won't keep a clean sheet.

If Vlaar gets fit , we buy or loan an experienced central midfielder that isn't cup tied, we get a dollop of luck, an early goal and the ground rocking? Yeah sure, why not.

It's more than possible, IF he organises the fucking defence. This is Bradford not bloody Barcelona. I think it will go to penalties and we may just scrape through.. Otherwise its curtains for hime and he only has himself to blame really.

Get a bastard or two in on-loan or for keeps, put them in the spine of the team and we'll pwn the rest of our January opposition to pieces.
So with the above 4-1 win. If not, win 3-2, out on agg.

No because I think they have players that are better than many of our players and who are prepared to work harder, they also look better organised.
We are really that bad.

here goes Delph Bennett Bannan Clark Baker Nzogbia would not look out of place in the Bradford team, then add Benteke not giving a fuck, Gabby being in effective against 11 that have a game plan, want to complete and relish the opportunity. I have more empathy with Bradford than i do with our half arsed bunch of tossers

More concerned about the league.
League cup is not important.

Is it just me that finds all these 'Woe is me' threads pretty risible?
Get your arses down to Villa Park and roar the lads on to Wembley.

It's been 'our year' for staying up for the best part of the last 30 years.
