Is it really the most humiliating defeat in our history? Hot on the heels of our heaviest...Lambert, you're one brave mother.

Probably is result wise, performance wise probably not. I doubt anything will be as inept as Doncaster.

Where do we go from there though? The club would be even more directionless than it is now. Added to that a Championship strength squad in place. Fuck knows where we'd get the next bloke from, it's like we're becoming a graveyard for managers.

In the lobby waiting for them. No sign of the coach so far. I would have cancelled the rooms and got the fuckers straight back to Bodymoor Heath now.

Bit late getting back so bit late posting.  The team normally stay at an hotel the night before a game and go home after the game,

ok here's my take on it. Its down to Lambert. If we are not playing with confidence, you have to make sure you don't come away with anything less than a draw. So Its a div 4 side. Play 4 at the back and 4 in midfield. 2 up front. That way even a 1-0 defeat sets us up for the return leg. Don't under any circumstance leave our back 4 exposed. So make sure we have at least 6 defensively minded players on the park. I wouldn't count Delph, although I thought he was our best player, he was at least trying to hold his position and not just play the long ball. Nor would I count Bannan as defensively minded. So I think we had the back 4 and the rest was attack. The thing is 3 of them were in a strikers role and CNZ as a natural wide man or behind the strikers. Now we should have passed passed passed ans passed. The only real option for Delph and Bannan was the long ball. Teams like bradford play like that every week.  Secondly the long ball, with no midfield following up, all second balls were picked up by the 7 or 8 Bradford players against our 4. Trying to win it by 3 or 4 away from home, which I think he was looking at the line up, well frankly it wasn't going to happen. They were only likely to score from set pieces, which they did with ease. Now what we are left with is a much harder task at VP, which I think we'll do. But the confidence will be shot once again. So PL In my opinion its down to you

I would say that this is a most cogent analysis with which I fully concur, but in the context of recent clusterfucks and debacles all I have is this:

Agreed, but I am sad to admit that at one point in the game my brother and I were fondly reminiscing about that 7-3 turnaround at Wycombe under the pug nosed one.

Went to sleep at 2 and woke up at 5 and all I can think about is this shower. Don't however believe the players will have though. They really don't give two shits. The fact they ignored the travelling support is a disgrace in itself. Going to have to avoid the O.S today as its going to be full of propaganda bollocks from the likes of Bannan etc
Going to be a long fucking day. If we lose to soton on Saturday then Lamberts gone in my opinion. THIS may be why we're holding off buying anyone

Had all day working in a boiling, hot warehouse in 40c as staff called in sick - and I was already in a foul mood after the lovely start to the day that those overpaid, overrated wankers provided us all.

Thank God no one I work with has any clue about football.  I pity you lot I really do.

All credit to Bradford, they showed up and played, we let it happen. In a way I'm glad because hopefully it will give this lot the absolute kick up the arse they thoroughly deserve.

We have had plenty kicks up the arse lately and seem little reaction.

21 goals conceded in six games, humiliated by Wigan at home, only just squeeked past Ipswich and now hammered by a League Two club.  Regardless of the inexperience and lack of quality in the squad the team don't know what they're doing.  Surely no one thinks Bannan and Delph is anything other than a pub team midfield partnership?  Bad coaching and bad tactics - Lambert's to blame and no one else.
