Pathetic, Lambert has nowhere to hide, tactically clueless, no spine, no fight, just pathetic.

This.

Bradford deserved the win. They were organised, had a plan and knew what they were doing.

We were headless chickens.

2-0 at VP will do it.
No it won't. That would take us to extra time and penalties. We now have to win by 3 clear goals

Extra time maybe, not penalties. But as I mentioned, we would not be able to keep a clean sheet.

There isn't a team playing at any level in this country who I would confidently back us to beat by that margin.

Any lingering confidence the kids had, has now been well and truly shattering. A staggeringly awful result for us and I could genuinely weep at the state the club is in right now.

I still blame Lerner. What can he do now? Get another manager in and give him shag all money but ask him to reduce the wage bill and keep us up? That's what Lambert has been asked to do after TSM.

When is that moron Lerner going to bite the bullet and buy some fuckin defenders? This club is going down the pan with all those useless kids in the team.
Time to get real Villa fans we're not Ajax, our kids are not PL material. They've been outclassed all season. Now they've been outclassed by a 4th division club. It just isn't good enough for AVFC.

Let's get some perspective here. Yes, it was an awful performance. But we happened to beat the premier league champions en route to the semi-final in the first place.
Then lost 3-1 to a 4th division team.

Lambert has 2 weeks to swallow his pride and get 2 defenders and a holding midfield player in, because if we don't this side will ship too many fucking goals to stay up.

Fuck the results over Christmas, this is true, true humiliation tonight.

Lambert has a lot to do. And fast.

Get a fucking grip!  Their keeper kept them in it, and it's only half time! ;)

Thanks chap. Feel better now.

How many Bradford City AFCs could we buy for the amount we paid for Darren Bent?

We are fucked for saturday I think. He'll shuffle it all around again which means another match without continuity.

We will struggle in the Championship with that side.  Lerner... either shit, or get off the pot.

Away goals count right? 2-0 would see us through on away goals?

I assume this is what the post match thread would have looked like in 1994. I pray the ultimate outcome is the same
