Bannan should never take a set piece again for villa...

A division 4 player on probably 1k a week puts  2great corners in and he produces nothing!

Actually ashamed to be a villa fan... How are we supposed to hold our heads high, there are NO excuses!

You know what, that's enough.

Say what you like about Lerner not investing enough over the last few transfer windows, if Lambert can't get a better performance out of  these players than that, he should fuck off. And take most of these players with him.

Says it all really, utterly embarrassing and unacceptable - dreadful and lambert must as manager carry the can - this is dreadful , midfield and defence need new players and they should have been signed by now!

Well it's a long way from over and Bradford were always going to have the game of their life but nobody is telling me that result isn't woeful.

I'll be there in two weeks trying to be positive but I'll be honest, I'd rather go out than play like that in the final, fucking embarrassing .

2-0 at VP will do it.
No it won't. That would take us to extra time and penalties. We now have to win by 3 clear goals

It will take it to extra time but not pens.  The only result that will take it to pens is us winning 3-1.

Extra time maybe, not penalties. But as I mentioned, we would not be able to keep a clean sheet.

I don't know where to start with that. Only two main thoughts

Sort it out in the second leg
Buy some defenders and a proper defensive midfielder

We have an owner who is trying to run a Premier League club on the cheap and a manager who doesn't appear to be able to organise a defence or organise a midfield.

We got battered by Chelsea and some said ah well it's Chelsea, they're the champions of Europe.

We got battered by Spurs and some said they're a very good side.

We got battered at home by Wigan and they said we've got to stick with Lambert, he knows what he's doing.

We got humiliated by Bradford.  I wonder what they'll say this time.

We did lots of things right, but we did too many things badly, which is just not good enough.

You can't defend like that, it was just beyond pathetic, it really was. Bennett was getting raped from the first minute, he was all over the shop,. The defending for their second and third goals was just totally unacceptable.

We have a squad full of piss poor players (thanks Lerner) who spend too much time not knowing what the fuck they're doing, and that's something the manager has got to fix.

How many more times this season do we get to make ourselves look a laughing stock on television?

Pathetic, Lambert has nowhere to hide, tactically clueless, no spine, no fight, just pathetic.
This is seriously the first time where I think I've lost patience

Let's get some perspective here. Yes, it was an awful performance. But we happened to beat the premier league champions en route to the semi-final in the first place.
