Don't blame the batsmen. They bowled well at the death we didn't. Oh well, it's only baseball.

Don't think we bowled well other than Rankin.

The last two overs from Arafat & Thomas were fantastic. When an experienced limited overs batsman like Maddy can barely score a run then you know the better side won.

Not sure how Rankin only bowled three overs. Was it a cock-up or a deliberate ploy? Either way, bloody stupid.

I thought Chopra gambled on Maddy. He was economical until one bad over that went for 22 & ultimately cost us the game. That was where Rankin's 4th over was used up.

Bears have taken 9 minutes to finish off Yorkshire for 302 all out, but they were gifted an extra batting point by Ateeq Javid who threw the ball for 4 overthrows.....awful bit of fielding.
Rankin finishing  off the innings with a catch behind,
Final figures were:
Barker     20.5        3     61     3 Removed from attack by umpires for running on pitch
Woakes   24           0     63     3
Rankin     20.5        1     70     2
Clarke      18           6     51    2
Patel        15           4     45    0

Bears now underway in their reply still in first over - 2 / 0
