Ok Bears fans what is going wrong this season ?

For me apart from the obvious - injuries/international call ups - its a lack of many top class batsmen (Porterfield as an example is shocking)

Not sure how we can stop this very poor run

Staying up is the priority now , 2 wins in 15 games this season has been very poor - dougie brown was my 1st choice for the role but he now needs to address the situation and sort it out.

What a crap start 75-4 off 13
First game and give up on competition, no Troughton or Ambrose, Clarke cant bowl, 2 lads making T20 debuts.....not a good sign.
At least Clarke and Maddy put 50 on for 5th wkt 87-4 now after 14
