Unless you appoint someone close to the club and knows the weaknesses i.e Gregory then you are left with a new manager who will want to give all the players a go at proving themselves and frankly we don't have time for that. That's rubbish Richard.  Two of those were only extremely short term appointments due to Houllier starting late then getting ill.  Appointing shit managers and not sacking them quickly enough when it becomes apparent they can't hack it is the problem.  That and Lerner of course.
