Sad thing is I do not see anyone on the bench who will make a difference from an attacking point of view.  We might be able to solidify but that is all.  Depressing.

Playing 3 in midfield is one thing.  Playing Ireland-Bannan-Holman as that 3 is insanity.

The are in there to keep the ball.  They aren't keeping the ball, therefore are redundant.

To keep the ball they've first got to win it.  And none of those 3 of are ball winners.

It's three in midfield, but our lack of numbers in wide areas means the three are having to try and help out the full-backs, leaving it as more like two in midfield. Worst of both worlds.
