We need to get a bit of steel in the squad.
A paper thin squad......

No steel, no fight , little quality , no experience- bleak times.

I've concluded my question about what delph and kea are doing to protect the back four. Nothing

Delph's a brainless imbecile.  He's about as far from Premier League quality as it's possible to get.

We need to sign a midfielder who can tackle in January. Built like a brick outhouse if possible. Our midfield is too light weight and has no leadership.

Norwich and Liverpool flattered to deceive, we are going to just about survive if we are lucky and get some quality in January, other wise the Savage prediction might yet come true.

I'm embarrassed to be a Villa fan.

Of course the truth is somewhere between the armageddon scenarios being discussed and the wankfest (to use the vernacular) the other night. But yes we do seem to be better than almost anyone else I can think of at exposing ourselves to total football humiliation.

Still, as it's only early afternoon here, I can go to a bar and have a few beers when this dross is finally over.

It's all well and good hoping the manager will bring in experienced players, but what if he hasn't got the money to do that?

why the fuck isn't Bannan or Weimann playing? I can't understand if he's trying to rotate the team so if so where is Gabby? Why didn't Ireland start?

I swear any hint of progress we make we manage to fuck it up very quick.
