I always found Ray to be a gentleman. He was a very pleasant bloke to have in charge.

And still is.

Yes a true gentleman and extremely helpful , he even took me into the stands to check out the view from my new seat when I switched season ticket position.

What a shame. Must have been fairly young?

Couldn't have been much beyond 30, if that.

This was Keith. In the Arsenal programme. 1991-2 season.

Superb service today when I went in to relocate for both the Bradford City and Ipswich Town fixtures. Moved from P8 to R4 and saved myself £29 with the minimum of fuss.

I wonder if they will be phoning around season ticket holders asking them if they will renew next season.

you may thank them, but ive been waiting to purchase a bradford away ticket for a few days yet they tell me im not legible for it. Even though ive been a season ticket for donkeys years and went to norwich (something which i can clearly see in my account history) yet they disagree.

To make it even worse its gone on sale today for SH for 5+years, yet i still cant get one.

Absolute disgrace, i pay £600 for the sh!t theyre serving anyway i cant even get a ticket!!

I'm afraid it really is 'speak to Nicky Keye' time.

Agree with DCF. There's no point arguing with ticket staff. A polite e-mail to Nicky Keye will resolve your problem very quickly.
