I want to us go for this big time.  No messing about.  No Moscow bollocks.  Take the game to them and keep the pressure on.  No half measures.

Herd-Baker-Clark have more than enough to stop Holt. Hoolahan is struggling. Benteke or Weiman (if played) are key to our result tomorrow. I know they are in form but i just have a feeling we are going to win this. Come on Villa. I want to go to Wembley .....

They are in terrific form and are a real force at their place, so I think they will probably win. However, when the pressure's off in the cup the lads do look a bit more fluent and less risk-averse when attacking - for reference, see Man City away - so we should hardly be totally hopeless here.

Have a feeling this will go to penalties, more confident with Guzan facing them than Given so hope PL sticks with Brad for this.

I saw Norwich's highlights against Swansea and I have to say they looked very good. Played with a lot of vibrancy but good quality too. Would be a great result to get through however we manage it.

We should at least play better than we did against them at VP. 10 men or not that was a disgraceful performance.

Penalties or not, I think he has to field his strongest team, and that means Guzan in goal

There is a bit of me that will not be too disapointed to lose this one. We have such a thin squad and we are going to need everything we have to stay in the PL.

Even so 2787 is brilliant for a midweeker just before Xmas in Norwich. You're talking a 5 hour trip back to Brum after the game what with traffic etc so if it goes to ET and pens you're looking at 4am getting home !

I think you will struggle to find a pub anywhere showing this. They pick up foreign channel coverage, which seems to have no interest in anything other than Premier.
Looks like it will be good old fashioned radio commentary.

Like to see Bent play up front with Benteke tonight.
