2-0 to Villa.

After we score the first, the MOTD commentator will say "Well, this wasn't in the script"

Thing is we usually always play to the script when we desperately don' t want to.

Who suggested bringing Albrighton in? Shocking.

That would have been me.

I just think the team needs a bit more width. We play that narrow, we're not giving oppostion full backs any problems. If we can stretch them from time to time, then that in turn makes room for the likes of Benteke. Albrighton did'nt do much in the time he was on but we looked a bit more balanced.

Your analysis is perfect. Your solution may be correct, but Lambo has to coach Albrighton or find some other way of using the wings. It is a source of astonishment that MON is Lambo's mentor and yet he has never apparently watched any Villa games from 2007-9, which were all about fast counter attacks down the wings.

And which got found out tactically as MON is being now. Who plays with this width in the league now? Perhaps Swansea and Liverpool. But not the majority. Not city or united or arsenal or Chelsea or everton or even spurs.

2-1 Villa and Bagpuss to be in the dugout with his usual twitchy, tourrettes style face.

Did you see him last night, bloody twitching like mad. Something wrong with old Arry i think.

Spurs-Lennon & Bale; Liverpool-Sterling, Enrique & Johnson; Swansea-Routledge & Dyer; United-Young, Valencia, Nani, Evra, Rafael; Chelsea-Cole; City-Zabaleta, Milner, Johnson then Sinclair; Everton-Baines. Plus, we are a worse team on a way lower budget and must find every small advantage i.e. counter attacks and set pieces.

I rate Albrighton but he is on  poor run of form...try him as sub as we have a nervey second half leading 1-0 from first half scrappy goal. Do me at the mo i tell ye!

Could easily lose this.

2-2.

Late goal in there somewhere, probably for QPR.

Don't believe the hype lads this lot are bottom for a reason. Let's give them a good beating and get climbing the table.

Oh a poor run? I'd say it looks more likely now that the run he had when he came into the team was a flash in the pan.

I think we are going to loose this one. Arry will have them fired up. Our lads might turn up on the day. If they do we should have too much for them. The thing is, what Villa team will be there. We need to put a run together during these so called easier games.
Can't stand Arry, can't stand QPR. To quote Kevin Bubble Perm Keegan, "I'd love if we beat them".

We've sold out for this, pretty sure we got upper and lower tier means 2,500 Villa going to Laaaanden at 40 odd quid 3 weeks before Christmas is a bloody good effort

Or in our case £43 for a bloody restricted view.

Just the upper tier. So 1700. Still an excellent turnout at £40-£45 a ticket. We're all bloody mental.
