Which player with any ambition is going to join Villa? if we had won our last two home games then i could see it could happen but now we would be favourites to finish bottom. Between them all management at Viila have combined to screw the club.

"Paul Lambert reveals Richard Dunne has had another setback with the groin injury that has required surgery. More bad news for Villa."

Not sure if that means he's had a setback with the original injury that included surgery or he's needed further surgery. Either way, we need another centre half. Now, why did nobody mention it?

A cynical person might say that the last thing a defender approaching the end of his contract and is looking for one last big pay day wants to do is put himself in a struggling side that can't stop conceding goals.

If he has had more surgery I would doubt he will play again.

You're not going to get a bumper pay day if you are on the treatment table.

Our squad isnt just poor, it is woeful. The thought of them not doing anything to improve it just beggars belief.

It makes me sad and increasingly angry just thinking about it.

But what can you expect with a retard as an owner, a mumbling Cro-Magnon Man 'coaching' the team and that utter skidmark Paul Faulkner doing an amazing impersonation of an ashtray on a motor bike.

I still think we will see two or three players come in but its way too late, should have been in much much earlier and the 10 points dropped this month will seal our fate.

The continuous poor selections, tactics and formations have been shocking and for lerner to be happy with lambert beggars belief- lambert talks shit after each game and it seems the only one who believes him is lerner - shocking!

West Ham are eyeing a move for 31-year-old Shakhtar Donetsk left-back Razvan Rat.

Can't believe Lambert's not in for this guy if only because it would be the first ever example of a rat joining a sinking ship.

Indeed with no additions we're buried, frankly we probably are even if we sign some players but it would be nice to see us actually try. The way the club is run is an absolute disgrace, I'm completely fed up with it.

The thing is 3 weeks ago we maybe could have attracted a reasonable player or two but now who of any quality would want to come having seen the month we have had - i think whoever comes in now the damage has already been done.

The only way for Lerner to take notice is by staying away.  15000 crowd would grab his attention, a prelude to next season.
