Like Holden but he's had a rotten time with injuries. Is he playing again now?

Looking at the list on Sky Sports website, Hangelaand and Holden would both be good signings for Villa.

Won't be any signings in my opinion. Randy and PL know best - we ''go again'' with what we've got! I fear our midfield will get overrun tonight. You can almost see relegation unfolding before your eyes - we'll also get battered at Everton this Saturday - remember our opening home game back in August? I had bad vibes then about this season.....

It's some twitter "agent" claiming the Malouda deal. Also saying we're interested in Grant Holt. Ah well, I missed the Villa transfer bullshit tbh. It's better than the umpteenth article saying we have no money.
It's been reported in the Times too. Can't get a link since you have to pay to read their online stuff. This is the best I could get: www.twitpic.com/bza0tb

Just read something on F365 about players available on the cheap, and one of them suggested was Flamini.

That's not a bad shout. Have to do a lot of negotiation with Milan on his wages (they're big), but he'd be a good addition to our midfield.
I read that they've already re-negotiated his wages down when they re-signed him for the season - that's because he has struggled with injuries (missing a whole season).

Come on Lerner pull your finger out or do you intend to give us Villa fans the finger until next summer once we have been relegated...

Looking at the list on Sky Sports website, Hangelaand and Holden would both be good signings for Villa.

Hangelaand would be perfect, not seen very much of Holden to be honest - wasn't there another Holden in the '90s?
When we were good Holden would have been a very decent signing. Now that we're shit he'd be a phenomenal signing.

You can pretty much pin-point the moment that Bolton went from being a mid-table Premier League team to a mid-table Championship team as his serious injury.

If there's any chance that he's now over it then he should be the one player we try to sign in my opinion.

Holden? Apart from Caulfield the only other one I know is the actress turned reality-tv judgementalist.  Was she a Villa fan in The Grimleys?

It would be nice if we could get Hangelaand.

I bet Hutton marks Messi out the game when they play Barca. I will miss your visits to the shop, If you had of asked you could have had your photo with me. Commitment levels never in doubt, and 100 times better than Lowton. Good luck, UTV
This guy is dillusional - his name is Dave, works at the Boat in Catherine-de-Barnes
You all might remember him....he's the one in the blue away shirt

Nice. "this bloke Rich, he's called Dave".

The Hutton stuff is still hilariously wrong though.

I would take Williamson from Newcastles bench into our side.

You really wouldn't.
