It's like a car that you keep spending money on to get through the MOT but eventually think, 'it's not worth it'. Except if you own a 1959 MGA then it emphatically is worth it, because you own something special that will never repay you financially but will make you feel slightly happier about the short pointless time we spend on earth. Sadly, Randy thinks we're a 2000 Mondeo which no longer justifies the cost of a new exhaust.

And the cheery analogy of the day award goes to...

We are Didier Six's Maestro Ghia. Brown in colour with beige and walnut interior.

Partly true, but I am speaking as Randy Lerner. Except he's probably never heard of an MGA.

Nigel Reo Coker looks a better proposition by the day on a 6 month deal.

I'd agree.

Oh, hang on, you don't mean a six month deal with *us* do you?

If Westwood gets injured, who in our squad can play holding midfield?

Better there than Bannan

Sissoko possibly going to Newcastle, SSN. For fucksake, this is ridiculous in the extreme now.

Newcastle apparently actually have a plan though, we don't.
Newcastle's plan is to avoid relegation. Our plan at Villa seems to welcome it with open arms, for some reason. Pathetic.
This really  is turning into a nightmare. 3 years of dragging this club into the shite seems to be coming to its inevitable end. Fucking well done all of you in charge at our club. Hang your heads in shame, all of you concerned. You are not fit to control our club.

Well said Dan.

Agreed we are starting to resemble Blackburn in terms of  lacking a clue as to what the fuck we are doing.

Lerner is just as stupid as the chicken farmers, he just had a bit more of his trust fund money to waste.
I see there is a cult forming here all enforcing each others beliefs.
As Jim Jones said "We didn't commit suicide, we committed an act of revolutionary suicide protesting the conditions of an inhumane world"

He said that after he committed suicide?

I wish but all the vibes are it's anything but.

Remember when we could keep Bakke on loan ,it's come full circle.
