I think he would improve our team and add goals to midfield but I also agree we could do better if the money is available .

I always thought mark Davies looked a good player too, excellent dribbling ability. But he doesn't get that many goals and there must be a reason he's still at Bolton

Just looked it his record,  whittingham has 63 goals in 251 games for Cardiff- nearly a one in four ratio which is not bad although may be a few pens in there.

Certainly a decent free kick taker and good delivery on corners too- worth a punt?
