Scott Parker on loan if Spurs buy a midfielder in the Window.Worried bout injuries but kind of leader we need in the middle.

Top quality player and exactly what we need.

I'd still take Frimpong until the end of the season. There's potential and still plenty of time for him to get his form back. He does tend to get booked a lot though which is the downside to his game.

We need players to come in and hit the ground running, not someone who needs plenty of time to get his form back, if he's no good at charlton then frimpong is not going to cut it here.

Parker would be a better bet obviously. Maybe Frimpong would be a better bet next season when his fitness is up but i would'nt be too disapointed if he came in January.

This is exactly the sort of moment in Championship manager when you used to add yourself as a new manager of Utd or Chelsea and make them buy Ireland and Hutton off you for 80 million :)

Great player, but were dreaming if we think were going to sign an England International on loan

Parker would be ideal, I agree if frimpong could ever rediscover his fitness and form he would maybe be a viable option in the summer but not at the moment. Also he has problems with discipline and in not sure lambert would like that sort of character- he was recently fined and warned by the fa for calling spurs fan scum yid.

Bent could score 20 goals for QPR between now and May and they'd still finish in the bottom two with their current defence.

Maybe but their current defence now will not be their defence in a months time.

QPR could do it but don't forget they've got some really tough games coming up (Chelsea, Spurs) so the gap's probably going to get even bigger before they can begin to try and claw it back.

I listened to an interview with Redknapp and while he most certainly is a chancer, there's a lot to like, he says what he thinks, doesn't pull many punches. Not sure he can pull this one off though...

Can't see anyone going there without having a release on a free transfer if relegated clause in their contracts

Tony Fernandes has a tough decision, they are only allowed 1 more loan signing then they will have to buy players - big gamble as they already have a massive wage bill, if they go down, could be disasterous. Would he want to add to it...unless he believes Harry can get them out of it?

Several Italian newspapers are linking us with a move for Bologna centre back/right back Federik Sorensen. He's 6"4 and only twenty years old. Played for Denmark's under 21's 5 times and made 17 first team appearances for Juventus when he played there. Would be an interesting signing and hopefully would tighten things up at the back.

Sounds interesting, any fee mentioned?
