The problem is actually the midfield, we lost all shape when Ireland went off.

If you need a goal,
If you need a win,
Feeling down?

Come play Aston Villa.
A laughing stock since 2009.

Cmon lads, up and downs, we've been dire but we're not suddenly going down. Credit to them they've been good, we've been poor.
On a plus note, Bennet looks like a player

What was Vlaar doing there, stood, watching?

No idea....I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as he's been quite good do far, but that was abysmal, almost Huttonesque.

I thought he'd pulled up injured, he just stopped and stood there, watching it.

Holman was at fault in the build up as well.

Let's be honest, we have been piss poor from the first whistle...but I never expected us to be down 3-1 to Southampton

This. And the forwards aren't dropping off to pressure their midfield either. Nobody other than the defenders is doing any fucking work.
