Where's the defence?  They've been asleep for all 3.

Oh fuck. I dont care what people say about dealing with the ups and downs and being in transition. We SHOULD NOT be conceding 3 goals to teams like Southampton, all in the space of 25 fucking minutes.

I seriously worry about our squad.  There is not the quality there to keep us up as it stands, we will have to buy well in Jan or we are CERTAIN to go down.  Awful.

With this squad as it stands I think we have very little chance of staying up.  Southampton will probably finish 19th or 20th and they are beating us.  We look terrible.

Let's be entirely honest here, "certain" to go down? Nothing of the sort.

The squad is too weak, yes, and we may have a struggle to stay up, but to say we're "CERTAIN" to go down is a bit over the top, surely?

The fact Southampton are beating us isn't going to make a huge difference over the course of the season. Weren't Southampton beating Man City away the other week, too?

We're going to have plenty of ups and downs this season, there's a lot of work to do. There is really no point pissing your pants with fear over an iffy performance like this.

Likewise anyone who was buying champagne in readiness for a top six finish after we beat Swansea last week is being a touch premature.

I just see very little in the way of quality in our side and our midfield is abysmal.  We can't keep the ball, look shaky at the back and we look very naive indeed.  We will see how it pans out and I hope to God I am wrong but I think we are one of the worst sides in this division.

EDIT; 3-1 now.  But we are not a poor side........... ::)

I take it it's 3-1?

Yep, 20 minutes to go - it could be a rout. Villa have shown nothing this half, nothing at all.

This game should actually be 0-0.  Every goal was a gift.

No idea....I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as he's been quite good do far, but that was abysmal, almost Huttonesque.
