Start Guzan and Weimann.

2-0 to us.

3-1

Saunders, Teale and Atkinson for us. Aldridge for them from the spot.

A defeat would be a disaster. We would then be playing Newcastle with absolutely no confidence rather than little confidence.

I hope we'll win as this will be my little lad's first time in the Holte End!

The semi-final against this lot still ranks as my favourite ever at Villa Park - if it's half as exciting we'll be in for a treat!

If we score early we'll be OK, but the longer it goes or if Tranmere score first prepare for another hesitant lack of confidence display.

Think we'll win however, by a few if we score early on or by one if we haven't got a lead at half time

Leeg-any chance of putting kick-off times (and date-I know, I know! I do however watch Indian string trios from the Darbar festival.) when you post a pre-match thread? I don't get out enough and get depressed when I go on the official site or AVTV.

Tempted to stay at home and watch the video of that semi-final to cheer me up - with one eye on the OS text I suppose. Bit like watching Doctor Who from behind the settee as a kid!

Since we don't play until Sunday, I'd pick what I believe to be our strongest starting XI and hope we can win by a few and give some players a boost.

Absolutely, Nasty. The one thing we're lacking is confidence and Lambert needs to use the game to bed in his best side before Sunday.

1-1 after extra time - God awful display.

We then win on penalties.
