I was brought up in the early 70's and the players wanted to play for the mighty Aston Villa. People like Hodge have not got a clue what Aston Villa Football Club is abut are you taking the piss? No, why you think that?no reason, i dont know if there would be many others who share your view??

For a long time people got on Angel's back massively. After the one season that he banged in about 19 goals, his form fluctuated and I remember the Holte End having a real go at him on a few occasions, not just the Spurs game when he blasted a penalty wide then nodded one past Stuart Taylor. Funny how the OS and so many people on here talk about Angel as being a modern day legend, I seem to recall him as being the ultimate confidence player and so frustrating to watch.
