Personally, I haven't actually watched the video, but still want him.  Although some of this is based on what I've read rather than seen, here's why:-
1.  Plays good attacking football
2.  Respect within the game
3.  Tipped to be a future top coach by many, including Fergie*
4.  Successful thus far in his managerial career

*I know some will immediately think the letter and the Scottish Manager, but to me the difference with ole is this was said while he was still playing and backed up by giving him a coaching role at Utd.

That's ultimately what it boils down to and both for different reasons would be excellent appointments. However for the board, OGS represents a much faster return on their rebuilding the bridges objectives than Lamert will.

Ole said his clause allowed him to go if a premier club came in- no mention of united, all this dirty tricks from the owners will only make the rift wider - ogs will find it difficult to work with such people, either way i think molde have burnt their bridges.

Two years compensation wont break the bank , i doubt hes on massive wages .
