The really depressing thing is that, had we gone into this match needing something to stay up, it would have been exactly the same.

Got to say Gabby has been posh this season. I'd expect him to have shown more heart. Ship him out in the summer, there I've said it.

I really hope Gabby leaves this season i'd take someone like Jackson/Best/Campbell  over him anyday.

I agree 100%, but Michael and George are both dead and we could never afford Naomi's wage demands.
Brilliant.

The players are doing this for us, we must thank them for getting rid of the goon

They're no worse than they have been all season, and some of them have no been underperforming for 2-2.5 seasons. Even with McLeish gone half of the work-shy twats we have in the squad need to leave.

I've given up on this game. We're staying in the PL - more interested to see if Bolton stays up as it will mean I keep a 'local' game.

You can't blame McLeish for the downright stupidity of some of our defenders.  I hate him as much as the next man, but have these idiots got no pride in themselves?

You'd think they've forgotten everything they know about the game.  Collins, Dunne, Cuellar, I'll be glad to see the back of the three of them.

I agree to a point. However as a former defender of some repute and current manager you would think that he'd have imparted at least some basics. He hasn't and across the entire team we look a complete mess.

We have been unbelievably lucky, that the other teams have bollocksed the league up. We are fucking diabolical.

He would play well under Lambert or almost any other managers he's good when the tactics are to stretch teams. With the defensive tactics deployed by McCleish we never get that!
I actually don't see the three mentioned as any better; but he has had a poor season.

Darn it! There goes finishing the season just like how we started it! No 0-0 means McLeish won't be happy.

First time I`ve chuckled today... a combination of McLeish and the return of my kidneys stones is making this a very painful day :(

Once again Garth Crooks shows he knows fuck all about football. Main reason we've struggled this season is because of Bent getting injured. Apparently.

As it stands 38 games, 38 points, 37 goals and not a single one from a corner. Absolutely pathetic
